Privacy Settings Configuration
To manage how the system handles privacy policies and grace periods:
Navigation: Setup → Custom Settings → Privacy_Settings__c.

Auto-enable Privacy Policy: Configure settings to automatically apply privacy policies to candidates and contact persons.

Set Grace Period: Define the duration (in days) the system waits before applying privacy policies or requiring consent.
Search Person Action Setup
Configure action buttons on Search Persons screen: Send E-mail, Add to Matchlist, or custom screen flows. Filter by record type and person status. Input parameter: ContactId (+ optional recordId for job context).
Listview
Users save search criteria in Search Persons as reusable listviews. Admins can exclude search scopes (Text Search, Skills, Placements, etc.) via boolean fields in Columns and Filtering Settings.
Lead Scoring & Medals
Part of Candidate Engagement feature package. Lead Score Rules evaluate candidate activities and assign classifications: Cold (0–24), Lukewarm (25–49), Warm (50–74), Hot (75+). Medals are awarded at configured Job Application steps (e.g., Bronze/Silver/Gold). Schedule UpdatePersonLeadScoreLinesScheduler daily via Apex. Add Lead Score, Medal, Date to First Qualification, Date to First Hire to Contact page layouts.
Website Visitors
Requires GDPR consent. Deploy OnRecruit Pixel, add Website Visits and Website Job Views related lists to Candidate and Job layouts. Only candidates who accepted GDPR consent will be tracked.
How to: Search Persons
Use Search Persons tab or Job → Search Persons. Add search values (Person Field, Skill, Text Search, Matchlist, etc.), set operators, execute search. Save searches as listviews. Action buttons (Send E-mail, Add to Matchlist, custom flows) appear based on selected contacts' record types/statuses. Admin: grant Export permission, exclude statuses, limit fields via field sets, configure action buttons.
How to: CV Parsing
Upload CV via Dashboard "Drop a resume" or Contact → Documents → Upload (type CV). System parses with TextKernel/myParse, extracts fields, and shows a split-screen preview. Create new candidate or update existing. Admin: configure credentials and field sets in Textkernel Settings.
How to: GDPR Clean-up
Configure Consent Groups, Data Retention Policies, and Data Groups. Schedule PrivacyAcceptanceReminderScheduler and AnonymizePersonsBatchSchedular via Apex. GDPR clean-up uses three elements: GDPR Person Group (who), GDPR Data Group (what), GDPR Retention Policy (when). Run "Create GDPR Data Clean-up Records" then "GDPR Start Cleaning".
How to: Listview
Save search criteria from Search Persons as named listviews. Reopen to reload criteria. Update or save as copy. Criteria order is preserved within main sections (Distance → Text Search → Fields/Skills → Job Applications → Placement).
Integration: Nixz
Browser extension (Chrome/Edge) to import candidates, contact persons, and accounts from LinkedIn and Xing into MSR. Install from Chrome Web Store, log in with MSR credentials. Lead Source is auto-set to "Plugin: LinkedIn" or "Plugin: Xing". Admin: verify Connected App in Setup → Connected Apps OAuth Usage.
